Marion and Yaz!

We were very lucky to meet Marion and her amazing guide dog Yaz. Marion and Yaz taught us lots of different things about people who are blind. Yaz showed us how he guides Marion around and what he does if things are in his way.  Marion also taught us how she knows what money she has and how she bakes. We all really enjoyed meeting Marion and her guide dog Yaz!

Laptop Time!

We had great fun practising our phonics and numeracy by playing a variety of games on our school laptops. 

Show and Tell

On Friday, we had 'Show and Tell' in our classroom. Some children brought in fabulous toys that Santa brought them and other children brought in their favourite item. The children displayed their toys and items to the rest of the class and spoke about the reasons why they loved their toys or items so much. The rest of the class then asked them questions on their toys or items. It was a wonderful discussion!
