Easter!

It's Easter time! We made bunny headbands and Easter cards in Irish to celebrate Easter!

Well done to all the children who received attendance awards!

We won ten stars for the best line. We went to the playground and the woods as a reward. We had great fun and we all really enjoyed the day! 

St .Patrick!

We celebrated St. Patrick here in Merlin Woods P.S! We painted and created our own Irish flags and we really enjoyed watching and listening to the school band perform! 

World Book Day!

We had great fun dressing up for World Book Day as our favourite book character! 

Chicks

We had very special visitors to our classroom this week, the arrival of little chicks. There was great excitement watching the eggs hatch and seeing and petting the little chicks! 

Gymnastics

We had Múinteoir Cáit teaching us the last few weeks and she taught us how to do pencil rolls and tuck rolls in gymnastics. We had great fun!
